   IAT( International ACH Transactions) COMPLIANCE NOTICE

Effective  9-18-2009

We must verify and investigate ACH transactions which cross international borders. We reserve the right under U.S. law to only post International ACH Transactions after all necesssary verifications have been completed. We reserve the right to reverse any transaction that is deemed uncollectible. International ACH Transactions maybe governed by the law of a foreign nation.

The posting of cross-border ACH transactions may be delayed by the Credit Union while it conducts government required reviews including OFAC verification. An ACH transaction will not be completed if it violates U.S. law. Certain International ACH Transactions do not have the liability protections otherwise available under U. S. Regulations.
